I took my Tahoe in today because the brakes were squeaking and to have the pads replaced, I also asked to have the tires rotated. The manager called me back to let me know that the pads were in "almost new" condition and that I could pick up my vehicle over the lunch hour. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the manager handed me my key and said "thank you!". No charge. WHAT?!?!!! No charge!? Honesty still exists in this industry - but you really have to dig around to find it. I'm throwing my shovel away - no more digging. LOVE THIS SHOP!!!

Walked in. The guy looked at the make of my car and knew exactly what was wrong before I could try to explain it to him. Even with dropping the keys off with them all at lunch it was still finished within an hour or so. They also didn't push buying unnecessary items or services. I'd recommend them to anyone I know with muffler problems!

I had my catalytic converter stolen 5 weeks ago. I had my car towed to House of Mufflers and Breaks (Maple location) not knowing really anything about how the process with insurance and getting it replaced worked. Dave and Alan were wonderful. With catalytic converter thefts being the thing right now, there were no parts in the US for my vehicle. They updated me frequently, also letting me know that they hadn't forgotten about me. When parts came in, they called immediately. I dropped my vehicle off, fully expecting it to be done the next day. They called back within 2 hours telling me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I would definitely recommend House of Mufflers and Breaks.

I recently started having some problems with how smooth my terrain was riding after hitting a few of those wonderful potholes in Omaha. I got an appointment to have the tires rotated and the brakes checked. Alan and the guys did a thorough check on the vehicle and found that my front struts needed replaced. They went so far as to take pictures to show me what they found and explained everything to me. When they were taking off the front passenger side strut it broke the rest of the way off. They found the problem quickly and had it fixed by mid-afternoon. Great group of guys to work with, very thorough and very nice to work with.
